“Strengthening Solidarity Among Indigenous Youth In
Asserting Indigenous Peoples Rights Amidst Globalization”
We believe in the importance of gathering strength and working together to have our
voices heard in our communities, governance structures and in the international arena.
IIYC 2005 will bring together 200 Indigenous youth from the regions of, Asia Pacific, South America, Northern Europe, USA, Canada and Australia represented at the first IIYC and will expand the network to create partnerships in South America, Africa and the Middle East (areas under-represented at the first IIYC).
