Brieft description
The SHORT MOVIE FESTIVAL YOUTH IN ACTION want to realise a festival of short movie completely ideated and realised from young people between 18-30 years old about youth problems explained in the 3 categories below.
Using the movie young people will: present themselves, show their view of thinking and approaching to the community explain how they intend to realise a real European integration
Period of realisation:
Preparatory meeting: 1st - 6th November 2005
From: 01/11/2005 (arrival date)
To: 06/11/2005 (departure date)
Festival: 2nd - 5th February 2006
From: 01/02/2006 (arrival date)

At least we need other 3 Countries
Funding:
The project could be cofinanced at 66%.
So the rest of 34% must arrive from participant and promoter countries
Target groups:
Movie makers: young (age range: 18-30), creative people amateurly or professionally shooting movies, interested in issues touched on by the categories
Participants: young (age range: 18-30) people interested in cinema and the issues touched on by the categories
Time limit of any movie:
From 15 to 30 minutes for each short movie

Aims:
Creating a platform for young, amateur and professional movie makers to show their work to the public and get the opportunity to get into contact with fellow short film producers and distributors, journalists and successful directors
Motivating movie makers to create a new perspective on European issues
Promotion of the creative look into the topics mentioned
Mobilizing the ambitious and creative people to contribute their points of view to the discussion on the the issues touched on by the categories
Promotion of the movies and movie makers after the festival
