Summary:

This year's Student World Assembly (SWA) Annual International Convention will be held from October 13th to 16th at McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

The International Convention is the pinnacle of the SWA activities throughout the year since it combines tenants of SWA's vision for a global democracy model and the organization's focus on pressing global matters and different methods of addressing them.

This convention will bring together students and SWA members from accross the world and will tackle the issue of HIV/AIDS. In addition, attendees will hear expert testimony on this issue and different ways of addressing a major global epidemic. The topic of the Convention was selected by SWA members through online voting last fall.

This event is for : Students, faculty and anyone interested in the topic of HIV/AIDS and Global Democracy.
