This year's theme will be 'Young people and the Dialogue among
Civilizations, Cultures and Peoples - Ideas for action in education, the
sciences, culture and communication'. The Forum will be composed of youth delegates (under 30 years of age) from all Member States. International youth NGOs and networks are invited to send, at their own expense, young representatives to the Forum as observers. Observers participate in all discussions but are not allowed to vote. |
