Shanti Day was a blast! The University of Calgary was overwhelmed by vendors, musicians and panel speakers for the whole day. There was fari trade coffee and equitable goods flying left and right.
The morning was capped off by a impassioned speech by David Swann, a local Albertan poltiican who called upon engaged youth to spread the word and awareness to others in our local communities.
Overall, a wonderful event! Can't wait for next year; GO SHANTI!
