Introduction:
According to the partisans of the globalization, “globalization is the increasing connection of the world and its people. Globalization has linked distant places in such a way that local happenings are shared by events occurring many miles away and vice versa”. The partisans further say that globalization will travel through free trade as economic forces involve the increasing interaction and integration of all countries. The World Trade Organization (WTO) argues that free trade and nationally elected governments, who advocate, economic growth and consumption as the means to lift living standards of and increasing opportunity, drive economic globalization.
We gathered in last 10 years that the above stated arguments of free trade runners just give a fake opportunity for alienated intellectuals to speak around tea tables. Facts are obvious now; global economy is not developing as a whole rather the 3rd world is decaying in spite of developing. Trade and investment liberalization has resulted in great prosperity, great poverty and widening of already great inequalities between rich and poor. Obviously third world is being degraded up to the level of slaves from poor scale.

Pakistan along with all 3rd world facing paralyzed national institutions. Pakistan institutions are not giving even a helping hand for economic progress or social betterment. In the circumstance Pakistan produced a frustrated and alienated youth. Due to new global education policies education has lost sacredness attached with it; universities are no more then business assets. New Education policies are making a ‘sociologically cut-off generation’. This global possession is sharpening Intera-state conflicts that result in a great disintegration between youth of different provinces. Youth is unaware of its being and present role. So here is a great need to make acquaintance to youth with their fatal role in society that always travels towards democratic rituals and civilized norms .In 3rd world youth always played a guiding role for the betterment of society this neo-imperialist glob has increased the responsibilities of youth. Democratic and legislative institution cannot revive their inherited role without a mature participation of youth.
For the purpose of well-aware and mature role of youth, National Youth Organization Pakistan wants to arrange an all Pakistan Youth Conference on issue “The Impact of Globalization on Youth” on 17th Feb to 18th Fen 2006 to develop the consensus of Pakistani youth covering the following topics:

• Conceptualizing Globalization & Neo- liberalism
• Historic Perspective on world systems & Globalization
• Impact of Globalization on Education
• Globalization and Employment
• Globalization and Agriculture of 3rd world
• Emerging industrial changes
• Globalization and Culture
• Globalization and intra-state conflicts
• Globalization and Social Development
Aims and objectives:
• To aware youth about globalization and its consequences.
• To evaluate the sector-to-sector impact of globalization on youth.
• To integrate youth of different areas on the social problems they face.
• To build a youth consensus on emerging global changes.
