The Arab Reform Forum in Bibliothecha Alexandrina will hold an Arab Intrernational conference about “ Problems of Scientific Research in the Arab World” . The event will discuss the challenges that face the scientific research in the region in all branches of knowledge. The conference will be held in Kuwait.
The conference will discuss the following topics:
• Evaluating the situation of scientific research in the Arab world and that includes research papers that evaluate the activities of scientific research in the region taking into consideration the available experstise and the infrastructure that serves the scientific research in the Arab countries.
• How to benefit from international success stories in activating the scientific research . That will be through discussing the results of analytic studies and comparison with cases of other countries that succeeded in implementing the outcome of the scientific research to serve the development goals.
• Highlighting the most suitable and possible ways to administer and to fund the scientific research in the Arab countries. That will also include comparison with the status of other countries to determine how to activate and how to fund scientific research in the Arab World.
• How to achieve practical application of the inventions and discoveries accomplished at Arab universities, institutes and Arab research centers. this topic will be devoted to find ways to make the best use of the outcomes of scientific research to help in developing society in all fields.
