Speak Silence challenges people around the world to take a vow of silence for 24 hours in recognition of human rights victims who can’t speak out about their suffering. Register today and start taking pledges from friends and family for your vow of silence. Your efforts will help protect the world’s most vulnerable citizens. All money raised by Speak Silence will help support JHR's work protecting and promoting human rights through our School Chapter Program. For more information about JHR, please see www.jhr.ca.
Speak Silence participants are encouraged to start their vows at 12:00 noon on Wednesday February 8, 2006. However, those interested in participating in Speak Silence on a non-working day are more than welcome. Start your vow at noon on Saturday February 11th or another 24-hour period convenient to you!
