| The youth library club of Hoi An Vietnam will read one to one with poor children in the communnity from April 21-2, 2006. The library club will use a reading process called dialogic reading. This process increases critical thinking skills by asking higher level questions during the reading program. After the program, the library club will process the new books for circulation to be enjoyed by the entire community. |
