Rationale for holding this Open Forum:
This will be like a starter before we hold our general meeting, before the association committee members meet, this will help get those interested in having strong points discussed in our general annual meeting get importants points noticed in advance.
It will help the committee members pinpoint how to prepare our meeting
Goals the organizer hopes to achieve by holding
this Open Forum for youth in the community:
Openess in the annual general meeting in December 2006.
Members of our association will feel more secure to continue their membership as they will know that things are done democratically
