Name of the Open Forum: Discovering and Maximising Individual's Self Assets (Talents)
Specific issues that the Open Forum will focus on:
1. differentiate between skills and talents
2. brainstorm on some tips on how to discover individual's self assets.
3. discourage the abuse of self talents
4. provoke the participants to maximise individual's talents
Rationale for holding this Open Forum:
1. many youth in the community are just following the masses while choosing life careers
2.many youth in the community are busy venturing into another individual's talents, thereby neglegting their own
3.many old people are merely regretting doing what they have chosen as a career.
4.many youth in the community are indiferent of self assets and their unique purpose.
Goals the organizer hopes to achieve by holding
this Open Forum for youth in the community:
1. ensure that the participants understand the differents between skills and talents while choosing life careers
2.encourage the participants to maximise their individual's self assets.
3.ensure a white paper release, as communique.
