Name of the Open Forum: Visionary Leadership Forum
Specific issues that the Open Forum will focus on:
what is visonary leadership?
where can we find and develop visionary leaders?
which way for africa and the world leadership drive?
the role of visionary youth in taking over leadership roles?
how can visionary leaders access political leadership?
Rationale for holding this Open Forum:
to enable different leadershave an open forum and brain storm on the way forward indeveloping visionary leaders.
The world today is still ailing in terms of leadership. Visionary Leaders Forum is a leading global minded network and with a mission to empower mainly the youth in all responsible aspects of development in order to realize their full potential. We believe the global village and this millennium needs our contribution as young leaders. To reach this vision we begun the visionary leaders forum for all responsible and morally upright leaders aged between 15 and 39 years around the globe and beginning from Africa. We now have over 100 members in Kenya, Tanzania, usa, Canada, new Zealand, Australia etc. HIV/aids / relationship problems /poverty / unemployment / disease/wrong attitudes/hunger/lack of skills/low motivation /little education are some of the things affecting young people today. Goals the organizer hopes to achieve by holding this Open Forum for youth in the community:
-bring together global visionary leaders aged 15-39yrs under one network.
-train and develop visionary leaders for nations, cities and organisations.

-funding
-youth leadership
-youth challenges
-future leadership
-poverty eradication, hiv/aids control etc
