Dear all,

I am Oana from Romania and I hope all of you are doing well. I look forward to seeing you in Quebec.
I would like to congratulate you for your great Live Chat initiative, which I'm sure will become a valuable source of information for all the delegates.
I planned to attend the Live Chat but I just learnt that my schedule for today has changed and I will be unable to take part in the Live Chat. I apologies for that, I thought it would be better to let you know.
Anyway, I have a question about the Congres..I know that Action Projects will take place and I would like to know whether they will be only in Quebec City or in the broader area of the Quebec province. The Canadian Emabassy in Bucharest will be interested to know that. So I'll know whether to write on the visa application Quebec City or just Quebec.

The Action Projects will take place in a 200km radius of Quebec City- so they will take place in different Quebecois Communities!
