I coordinate an organisation which frame young people (first phasis: girls).Young girls are trained in informatic; esthetic,english, french,bakery,tailering in view their insertion in the professional life. Young people have force to work , can inovate,but in Africa youth don't have a job when hi finish there school.People forget that,a development program without participation of young people it is zero;People cannot develop a country without associate youth.Without good training, adaptation to the realities of the needs of the countries or his ambition for development nothing can be done.
So, I think that the world must focalise all efforts to frame very well youth and to give them chance to work.

It was a good opportunity for Afghans to show that they became part of Family of Nations. It shows that Afghanistan broke the isolation and joins the global village.
It was good to learn more and more from others on how to create job opportunities for our youth in order to lead them towards a bright future. Creating job opportunities for Afghani youth means isolations of our warlords who have misused the potential of our youth.
YES was a great chance for us, Afghani delegation, to say what we think about peace and stability.
It was a good chance to see people from different societes with different languages, dresses, tradations, and religions and see that how can people of different civilaizations can live together peacefully.

I attended in the Youth Employment Summit YES 2002 , as a volunteer , in the organizing group as the Logestics Team Leader
it was a great opportunity and a good experience to deal with more than 1500 youth from all over the world , and to discuss the problem of youth unemployment with all the stake holders in this issue from all over the world .

oh yes
those were the days, i still remembering everything and evryone in the summit as if it were yesterday
i was one of the organizing committee , before the summit we were working for ayear for the preparation of everything, and iwas working as adatabase entery ,in the packing of the conference`s bag ,researcher and sometimes in translation we were all working as ateam no one ever said no its not my role,its non f my buisiness we were working with one hand,one spirit and with astrong faith that we can do it
and i think that we really did it
