DetailsAbout
The ACS Human Rights Club will take part in GYSD through its local sister school. Following the dreadful Tsunami in South East Asia, a group of dedicated students gathered together and decided to adopt a school in Sri Lanka. After doing a great job, we decided to localize the project and adopt a school in the South that was harmed by the summer war in Lebanon. We have begun working with the school and have organized a few visits so far. For this trip's special visit, we have decided to work on campus beautification and to try to get as many kids as possible from the partner school to participate with us. The activities during the day of the project will include painting, improving the nursery room of the school, and playing with the kids.
