Pre-project plan: The project aims at creating environmental awareness campaign in the school and in the community as well through a fund raising campaign to plant a piece of land at the school, to have roles in an environmental play where we are working with the theater director Hala Jobbe. The play will be acted in SOS Ksarnaba and, after GYSD, in the orphanage of Baalbeck. There will also be a competition on the best essay, poster, and reused item in the school, and the results will be announced in a hall for an NGO - The Lebanese Organization for Studies and Training (LOST) - with a presentation on the environment for an audience of school students in the area. There will be a small exhibit for the reused materials in projects and the posters. The best essayist will win a free English course, the best poster a photoshop course, and the best reuse will have a session in handicrafts.
